The hardware selector has a range of diverse options by budget, features, and operating system which you can use to display the Digi-sign app. Devices can also be used which support changing screen orientations to landscape or portrait modes.

You do not need a physical television screen or display to get started with using Digi-sign. You can use Digi-sign on your laptop, desktop, smartphone, mobile device, or tablet.

Yes, you can use a smartphone, tablet, or mobile device to run the Digi-sign app if you’re using a supported mobile phone and operating system. You can download the Digi-sign app from the iOS (Apple Devices) or Google Play Store (Android Devices). At the end of your free trial period, you will still have access to all of your managed content, apps and media in Digi-sign. Your screens will temporarily become disabled until a credit card is entered or payment plan is processed on the account to fully activate your xesignage account. 

Yes, you can manage your account and segment it by People, Groups and Spaces. This feature allows you to invite users to your Digi-sign account via email, create groups to sort your users with role permissions, and manage Spaces for access. 

Digi-sign supports most standard and commonly used file-type formats for everyday use - you can seamlessly upload almost all images, documents, videos, creations, graphics and more.

We use Stripe – a well-known and highly trusted provider of payment services and an accredited PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Our servers never see your credit card information and we know it’s held safely. 

Digi-sign is hardware agnostic; as a Cloud-based software it works on any device. We have built players for Chrome, Android, Amazon, Windows, Mac, iOS and BrightSign devices. We have also built our own operating system and device, purpose-built for digital signage and fully optimized for Digi-sign: Digi-sign OS (XEOS).
